Become a Cannabis Supplier

Complete the supplier application at the link above. MBLL will contact your company for further information.
 
Once approved for listing, The supplier must:

• Create an account on MBLLPartners.ca.
• Download, complete and submit the following forms:
• Supplier Information Form (SIF)

◦ Void cheque/direct deposit financial information
◦ PDF copy of Health Canada license
◦ Logo(s) for listing on MBLLPartners.ca

• Product Information Form (PIF)

Applicants are required to adhere to the following criteria:

• Health Canada License Sales Amendment (other than Plants / Seeds)
• Ability to meet the demands of the provincial model:

◦ Direct ship to retailers/cross docking
◦ Uniform pricing and product availability to all Licensed Cannabis Retailers in Manitoba
◦ Uniform product offerings to all retailers; ship in full cases
◦ No minimum order quantities (MOQ) or values allowed

MBLL is the exclusive wholesaler of non-medical cannabis in Manitoba and sells to authorized private Cannabis retailers in the province. Retailers must purchase cannabis, and products containing cannabis, through MBLL’s product catalogue. This catalogue includes only products that contain cannabis, with uniform pricing to all retailers. Retailers are responsible for sourcing their own cannabis accessories.
