Applicants are required to adhere to the following criteria:
- Health Canada License Sales Amendment (other than Plants / Seeds)
- Ability to meet the demands of the provincial model:
◦ Direct ship to retailers/cross docking
◦ Uniform pricing and product availability to all Licensed Cannabis Retailers in Manitoba
◦ Uniform product offerings to all retailers; ship in full cases
◦ No minimum order quantities (MOQ) or values allowed
- Innovative products (defined above)
- Indigenous and/or minority group ownership
- Payment terms of 30 days; post retailer receiving completion
